Questions
Everything you need to know.
What credentials do I need to join?
None to create a profile. Part 107 is not required to join — your record simply shows no certificate on file, and Part 107 filters will not show you.
- Pilot attested
- You entered it. Nobody has checked it yet.
- Document submitted
- You uploaded a document. It is waiting for review.
- Reviewed by NOREVYN
- A person compared your document with your record.
- Current
- In date against its own expiry.
- Expiring
- Within 30 days of expiry.
- Expired
- Past its date, and filters exclude it.
- No credential on file
- Nothing recorded. Filters for it will not show you.
“Reviewed by NOREVYN” means a person compared a submitted document with the details on your record. It is not FAA verification, a background check, or a guarantee.
Is my profile visible to the public?
Only once you publish it. Here is what becomes public: your name, photo, city and state, headline, services, aircraft models, payloads, rates if you show them, and the credential state of each credential.
Never public: certificate numbers, aircraft serials, policy numbers, uploaded documents, your address, email, or phone.
How do I receive mission requests?
Customers and organizations find you in the Pilot network and send you a request. You review the details, message them, and send a quote at your own rate. Nothing is booked until you both agree.
Does it cost anything?
No. NOREVYN is free during early access, with no commission and no lead fees — you keep 100% of what you quote. When a customer pays you, Stripe deducts its standard processing fee.
What types of missions are available?
Anything across 31 service types — from mapping, photogrammetry and LiDAR to inspections, public safety, agriculture, media, and BVLOS operations.
You decide whether a flight happens. NOREVYN shows what published data says and names what it does not know. It does not issue FAA approvals, and it is not an FAA-approved USS and cannot file LAANC requests, so authorization is obtained through an FAA-approved provider.
